40 Year Polo shirt - July 18, 2011

MBOA unveils 40 year polo shirt

This last June MBOA celebrated a milestone by passing the 40th year serving Code Officials and Building Officials throughout the state. To commemorate this significant achievement, current President Rich Truitt announced the development of a new logo which is now available on all MBOA shirts and mechandise.

"40 years of service is truly an achievement that is not easily reached. Many individuals contributed countless volunteer hours to help us get to this point and have provided a rich legacy that we can draw on for the future. The new logo is a way for all of us to show our pride in being a member and to be a part of the celebration"

40 year merchandise now available in the MBOA Store.

Membership Renewal - September 21, 2010

On September 1, 2010 MBOA officially started our membership renewal drive though our newly developed automated membership system based in the web site.  The good new is to date over 43% of our members have already renewed and we have picked up a handful of new members.  However some of our members have expressed that they have not received an invoice to renew their membership.  One possible reason is that spam filters may be picking up the emails sent by the server from an email account of paypal@mdboa.com.  In an effort to help resolve this issue the email account has been changed to info@mdboa.com.  All future correspondence from MBOA will now use this account.

On Friday September 24, 2010 we will again send out renewal notices to those members who have not renewed their membership with MBOA.  This will be done in an attempt to try to reach those members who have not received their original renewal notices.  Questions about membership can be directed to Noah Bradshaw @ nbradshaw@crisfieldcityhall.com or Rich Truitt @ rctruitt@harfordcountymd.gov.

For those members that have already renewed their membership, we would like to extend our appreciation for doing so.
