The Mechanics of the 2015 IMC
Program: Requirements, Products and methods used to comply with the 2015 International Mechanical Code.
Discussions on innovative new products and installation methods that conform to current code requirements for the installation of mechanical systems. Including the following items from the SMACNA Standards:
-HVAC Duct Construction – Mandated by IMC
-HVAC Duct Leakage – Mandated by IMC
-Fire, Smoke Damper Manual – Great reference document used by contractors/designers
-Fire-stopping and penetration sealing of fire-rated assemblies as required by the building code.
