MBOA, the Maryland Codes Administration, Carroll County Permits and several local partners collaborated to support the Carroll County Career and Tech Center tiny home project. This is the first tiny home modular approved through the states modular home certification program. Tech Center staff will use this project to advance students education in the trades and other aspects of construction, including the inspection process.
